The cost for each service will be provided upfront when you make your booking. Pricing varies based on the type of service and the scope of work.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or in cash upon completion of the service. All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within a 24-hour window may incur a cancellation fee.
Should you need to reschedule, we ask that you notify us at least 12 hours before the service date.
We aim to arrive at the scheduled time. However, should there be any unforeseen delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We are committed to delivering high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 7 days, and we will address your concerns.
To ensure the best results, we ask that our customers:
Provide clear details about the service requirements (size, type of service, etc.).
Ensure that the areas to be serviced are easily accessible.
Remove any valuables or fragile items from the service area to avoid any accidents.
While we make every effort to provide top-notch service, Vetgen Services will not be liable for damage resulting from factors outside our control, such as weather-related events, pre-existing structural issues, or hidden hazards.
We are committed to protecting your property and ensuring that the services we provide are safe and effective. However, our liability is limited to the value of the service you booked, and we are not responsible for any consequential or indirect losses.
